Back to my Alma Mater Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) Bergisch Gladbach. Thank you very much Stefan Bratzel, Prof. Dr. for inviting me to your Automotive Management lectures. It was a real pleasure to share my experiences as a founder and entrepreneur (still in development) with the students. You don't become an entrepreneur just because you found a startup 😉 . In my time as a student, I also always appreciated gaining in-depth insights through company presentations and discussions with inspiring leaders. My main message is that hard work still pays off. Overall we need a lot more entrepreneurship in Germany and the courage to "risk" something by starting a business and growing with it.....day by day. However, I would not have reached this point without a high level of discipline and perseverance. No illusion on that. During my apprenticeship (I was 18), it was normal for me to work 6 days a week. I never complained about it - I didn't see it as traditional work, but as "free education". The only thing I had to invest was time and performance. For me, it was a unique opportunity to learn an incredible amount of new things every day and to try out new things. Lifelong learning and continuous further development are also part of the absolute foundation. My appeal: always try to find a way out of your comfort zone and find your unique superpower, which is in everyone. I look forward to more lectures and sharing my experiences with other enthusiastic young people. #highperformance
