Description
English: Skill scarcity is a critical social issue that must be thoroughly investigated in each firm. The challenges associated with skill shortages are examined in this study, and viable solutions are offered to successfully address the problem of skill shortages. Skills are an important factor in determining success and happiness. As a result, strategies on skill development must be based on the most up-to-date knowledge available, particularly in developing countries where resources for skill investment are limited and cannot afford to be squandered. Skill development has emerged as a national priority for which a number of initiatives have been implemented or are in the works. In a world that is becoming increasingly interdependent, all countries will adopt policies that maximise proportionate factor endowments. The rapid technology improvements will reinforce the global amalgamation process by making transactions more frictionless. The Indian government's push, combined with the country's rapid economic expansion, has underlined the country's need for skilled labour. The purpose of this article is to examine the current situation of vocational education and training as well as emerging economies' vocational training approaches.
