Copyright violation. There is no FOP in Italy, see Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Italy#Freedom of panorama. The architect died in 1978, so he is not dead for at least 70 years. In Category:Buildings by Carlo Scarpa there is a warning sign that you may not upload photos of his works. So these photos are not allowed on Commons.

 Delete, there is no acceptable FOP in Italy. The so-called de facto exception for deceased architects as claimed by the Italian parliament pronouncement has been voided; see COM:Village pump/Copyright/Archive/2021/08#Question on the so-called de facto Italian FOP.
