Today, #Clariant released its 2023 #FinancialResults amidst an uncertain macroeconomic and geopolitical landscape. In Q4, we delivered a resilient performance, generating sales of 1.062 billion Swiss francs, marking a 4% sequential increase in local currency. Additionally, we achieved a solid underlying profitability in Q4, with an EBITDA margin of 14.9%, marginally below the 15.3% recorded in 2022.   For the full year 2023, we successfully delivered on our performance program commitments, resulting in total annual savings of CHF 135 million against a total 2025 commitment of CHF 170 million. Our strong cash generation enables our Board to propose an unchanged distribution of CHF 0.42 per share to our shareholders.   In 2023, significant strides were made in our non-financial targets. We reduced the DART rate by 46%, positioning us in the #ChemicalIndustry's top quartile for safety performance. Our Customer Net Promoter Score increased from 42 to 45, this is 8 points better than the chemical sector's midpoint. We achieved a step change in employee engagement, with our Employee Net Promoter score climbing by 22 points, placing us in the second quartile versus industry peers.   We reduced our Scope 1 & 2 total greenhouse emissions by 13% from 2022 to 2023, with businesses cutting emissions more than our overall volume decline. Our site in Bonthapally, India, has become the first Clariant site achieving #NetZero emissions.   Looking ahead to 2024, we target low single-digit revenue growth and aim for further improved profitability with an EBITDA margin of 15%. We are well-positioned to meet our medium-term targets, leveraging the benefits of the Lucas Meyer Cosmetics acquisition, our investments in China, and our well-filled innovation pipeline offering sustainability solutions to our customers.    I'd like to thank all my colleagues for their hard work and dedication, which have been instrumental in our resilient performance despite the challenges our industry has faced over the past year.
