Site Readiness Check - prioritizing safety before starting installation Uze AG and Bühler AG's project team, led by Christian Geser, have officially declared the new Grain Innovation Center site ready for the dynamic and complex phase of equipment installation. This paves the way for a smooth transition to the installation phase for both mechanical and electrical equipment. The checklist helps to investigate and measure safety and progress-critical aspects such as completion of the civil work, all floor and wall openings covered or fenced off, escape routes marked and clear, good quality and sufficient tools ready for the installation company, workshop in sufficient size set up and much more. A successful Site Readiness Check ensures a solid foundation for the detailed work ahead. It reinforces our focus on a highly efficient installation process. The installation team under the lead of Jonas Meile has gone through an extensive site induction process with a safety-first orientation, reaffirming Bühler’s top priority of zero-accident working environments. Our best wishes to the installation team at the start, and during this critical phase of the project: Jonas Meile, Bruno Senti, Ivan Dörig, Tobias Weder, Marco Sommer, Flurin Flepp, Christoph Manser and Manuel Rusch.
