Location: Basel

Contract Length: 12 months

Summary: The Technology Transfer Project Manager (TTPM) manages client-related projects efficiently to enhance client service and satisfaction. The role involves leading the technology transfer portion of quotations and negotiations for new products/projects, supporting medium-sized projects in terms of Technical Excellence, Client Experience, Relationship Management, and Business Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Identify and define new business opportunities with clients.
• Technology Transfer: Maintain client contact, generate key documentation, and manage transfer processes.
• Project Management: Lead discussions, monitor project activities, oversee project phases, and chair meetings.
• Process Optimization: Maintain documentation, optimize production processes, and ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• PDS Relationship Management: Collaborate with PDS for product transfers.
• Internal Support: Provide support during pre-validation, validation, and stability phases, and maintain positive client relations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, or business. PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or Advanced degree with 3+ years’ experience in Engineering, Production, Quality, or contract manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ project management/client service experience or Advanced degree with 2+ years’ project management/client service experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GMP, and FDA compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office and English.
