What you gain

Transaction Lifecycle Management:

• Lead projects covering the entire lifecycle of a transaction, including technology due diligence, IT carve-out and integration planning, day-1 readiness, and IT exit readiness.

IT Strategy Development:

• Develop IT strategies in the context of performance improvement initiatives or value creation plans.
• Link business strategy with technology, and define recommendations, impacts, and actionable plans.

Project Management:

• Manage projects, including commercials and risk, ensuring successful delivery.
• Foster excellent client relationships with senior clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Business Development:

• Lead business development activities, including proposal responses, upselling on existing engagements, opening new relationships, and managing/attending pursuit meetings with clients to sell work.

Practice Development:

• Lead initiatives to make our team a great place to work.
• Act as a role model, developing junior team members, and managing recruitment and training responsibilities.

What you bring

Industry and Consulting Experience:

• Applicable industry and/or consulting experience related to transactions, M&A, or IT strategy and transformation projects.

Technical Expertise:

• A broad range of IT experience, including infrastructure, applications, databases, and networks, or a deep understanding of one or more core aspects of a typical IT function.

Project Management:

• Program and project management expertise with familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL or TOGAF.

Analytical Skills:

• Excellent analytical skills with the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Successful Project Delivery:

• Track record of successful project delivery in corporate businesses, managing project team members and vendors.

Client Relationship Building:

• Experience in building strong working relationships with senior clients, and providing influence, advice, and support to key decision-makers.

Sales and Business Development:

• Experience in supporting sales and business development processes for professional services projects in a large-scale consulting environment.

Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis:

• Demonstrated aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Communication and Presentation Skills:

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and German/French.

Educational Background:

• Degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Travel Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to travel.
