QA Test Analyst

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY In this role, you'll focus on quality assurance for both current and upcoming features, taking ownership of feature testing and becoming an expert in specific areas. You will develop and execute test strategies and plans, author test cases, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to address and resolve bugs. Prioritizing the detection of issues through effective test execution and managing the bug review process are key responsibilities. You'll also communicate regularly with the QA and product teams about testing progress and explore new testing techniques to enhance quality assurance practices. Additionally, mentoring junior team members will be part of your role, promoting a culture of thorough testing and continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE WSeeking a QA Analyst with a knack for using debugging tools like Visual Studio, gdb, and Android Studio. You should have a basic grasp of automation for setting up tests in environments like Unity-Unreal, along with the skills to craft clear reports and analyze logs to find bug causes. Your experience should include developing test plans, using command line tools, and managing bug-tracking software (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of the software development cycle, and the ability to independently manage multiple features are essential. Excellent communication and the capacity to keep stakeholders informed are also key. Required: a Bachelor's in a computer-related field with 6+ years in QA, or any field with 10+ years in QA.
