CLEEVEN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientist / Process (Chemical) Engineer with a PhD to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the development of industrial crystallization processes and a strong background in peptide crystallization and downstream process development.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of industrial crystallization processes.💡🔧
Develop commercial processes for the crystallization/precipitation of peptides, including isolation and drying.💊🧬
Draft NDA/MAA applications for the corresponding processes.📝📄
Utilize advanced peptide analysis and characterization techniques to ensure process integrity.🔍🧫
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate downstream processes such as spray drying and freeze drying.🤝💨❄️
Perform process modelling and simulation to predict and improve process performance.📊🖥️
Requirements:
PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.🎓🧑🔬
Experience in developing industrial crystallization processes. 🏭🕰️
Proven experience in the development of commercial processes for peptide crystallization/precipitation, including isolation and drying.🧪💧
Strong proficiency in peptide analysis and characterization techniques.🔬🧪
Familiarity with downstream process development such as spray drying or freeze drying.❄️💨
Experience with process modelling and simulation. 📊🖥️
