Park is very nice

Park is very nice. Support is another area where Data Recovery Wizard excites. The product is backed by an expert support team that is accessible via email, live chat, or phone. Whether you have a technical question or need guidance during the recovery process, the support team is responsive and helpful.

Excellent service from Alex

My situation is that I just bought a new computer, and I would like to use EaseUS Partition Master on it. Thus, I need to switch my license code to my new computer. Alex understood my problem quickly and solved it efficiently. The company also did the right thing: making their two-device authorization flexible.

Quick and accurate answers to my questions about EaseUS To Do Backup tools

I've been using EaseUS To Do Backup for over two years now and have been very pleased with its capabilities. Today I contacted Support to ask some questions about the Tools menu and got an almost instant reply to my chat request from Richard, who answered my questions accurately and thoroughly almost faster than I could answer them. And not with boilerplate answers either, like some tech support does. I've spent decades managing software development teams. Believe me it's rare for me to find support personnel who don't drive me slightly crazy when I chat with them. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out for chat support again given today's experience.

I had a problem restoring my subscription to the EaseUs Data Recovery Wizard Pro app. However I used the EaseUs Chat feature and had a very positive response from FRANK, at the other end. He provided the information I needed to go forward. Very grateful for his help!

Fast and perfect (not only in one reqest)

My question (send during daytime in Germay) where allways answerd in about 10 - 15 Minutes, so i was not stoped in may working. The answers whe allway perfect and helped my to resolve my problems. No more to say, perfect service.

Being a long term customer of EaseUS products I was again provided with exceptional service and understanding by support agent Claire. Would certainly recommend EaseUS products to anyone needing these type of products from their extensive suite. Prices are reasonable and very reliable.

Great product with HUMAN support

Messing with disk partitions isn't something I enjoy but EaseUS makes it much less scary. I recently partitioned a new 2 TB drive and my activation code quit working when I swapped to the new drive. I was shocked to get a human on the chat line since I had a very short wait. Richard helped me and had me back up in 30 seconds by resetting my password. Thanks and please don't replace Richard with an AI bot.

Just awesome

Just awesome! The best technical assistance you can have...how every customer/user should be assisted. I contacted them because I could not find a way to make my external hard drive writable, I tried everything for hours and days, and I was desperate. I opened the live chat, they answered in 2-3 min, literally, they asked me to connect to my computer...and in about 30 min the problem was fixed. If everyone worked so professionally in their field, we would live in a better world!

EaseUS Key Finder found useful products I thought were long lost

I purchased this product, as I considered its possible function was going to be value for money, especially from EaseUS, a reputable company, with great support services, and fantastic staff who listen to customer feedback, like Ewan who was able to assist in pre-sales support.

I was absolutely amazed when I ran this product for the first time, and realised just how much money I had invested in software for which I thought I had long lost the activation keys. It found them all, plus more. I am over-the-moon as it has rewarded me with long-lost software keys for important (and costly) applications which would have cost more had I have to purchase them again.

Thank you for helping me save $$$ and finding those application gems that have been lost over the years through on-going upgrades. I strongly recommend this diamond-in-the-rough utility as part of your software resurrection toolkit.

Needed to move the license from one…

Needed to move the license from one machine to another. I purchased the product in 2016. Expected to have issues as it being so old and did have lifetime upgrades. To by delight Claire reset it in a matter of a minute! Awesome support!!

AVOID at ALL COSTS

AVOID at ALL COSTS . you have been warned. potential SCAM. they advertise as being able to solve your disk problems. trail software claims to work. you buy it and then it does not deliver as promised. i think the files it recovered might never have been there and i am not sure the files they recover which you can then open, might be a scam. When you ask for refund they refuse and quote lots of reasons, even though i asked for a refund within hours of buying.

Transferring files. I followed an instruction on EaseUS to…

I followed an instruction on EaseUS to transfer files from my windows 7 computer to my new Windows 11 Pro computer. The transfer failed and for some strange reaons I was unable to delete the files that I downloaded into my new computer. I contacted Chat who turned me over to Richard and the problem was solved in a couple of minutes. Thanks, Richard.

My system was crashing

My system was crashing, I reinstalled windows. When I tried to reinstall programs. My license key wouldn't work. I opened a chat, with 2 min. the tech had taken care of my issue.

Felix was patient and helpful!

I had an issue finding where to use my KEY for the EaseUS Partition Master. I reached out and Felix was able to direct me. When I had tried clicking the Activate button before all I saw was the 3 purchase options... I never noticed the thin bar below because it blends (and didn't stand out). However, Felix advised me what steps to take and I found where I could insert my KEY, so now I can use both the programs I purchased (EaseUS Partition Master & EaseUS Video Download - Windows). Thank you very much Felix.
