COMMUNITY | As we celebrate one year (and two locations) in Los Angeles, we can't help but reflect on what an incredible journey it's been. Settling into a new market is never easy for any brand, yet we've been blown away by the generosity and supportive spirit we've found in this vibrant city. In addition to our immersive, high-tech treatment offering, we're proud to be a discovery center for the world's best skincare, and have been fortunate to welcome some exceptional Los Angeles brands into our assortment (Standard Self Care, Namesake Skincare, and more), which are quickly becoming favorites with our members and guests. What's more, we've been delighted to host events with and contribute to our amazing community friends and partners, including the formidable Vintner's Daughter, Tea Party 4 Black Girls, Jenni Kayne, Summer Fridays, and more. IWD 2024 | Proud doesn't even begin to express how we feel about the women who surround us — and who make Formula Fig what it is. Across our leadership and entire team, women make up a vast majority of the Formula Fig workforce — it's this incredible collective of ideas, approaches, and passion that has helped drive our brand and business over the last five years. Our purpose is to empower everyday skin confidence for all, but we acknowledge (and love) that there is a certain special magic in what women create with — and for — other women. This year, in the spirit of #InspireInclusivity, we'll continue to prioritize and champion the diverse set of female-identifying voices in our Fig Bars and beyond, from the women-centered community partners we work with, the exceptional charities we support, and the women-founded brands we carry.
