Clear sidebar when filtered with nothing in the tree.

When filter is on, and nothing is present in the tree (e.g. no failing filtered accessible objects) ensure that the sidebar is also cleared.

I can reproduce this issue.

STR:

  1. Load e.g. http://janodvarko.cz/firebug/tests/601/Issue601.htm
  2. Open DevTools and select the Accessibility panel
  3. Pick "Contrast" from the "Check for issues" filter -> the panel content is empty
  4. The side bar should be empty too
