Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://twitter.com/
Open devtools
Go to the Accessibility tab and enable it
Expand the a11y tree until text leafs with badges are displayed
Change the resolution for the display to other random dimensions and check again (CTRL-Shift-M)

Expected Result:
Regardless of the chosen resolution, the badges will be correctly displayed in the expanded a11y tree.

Actual Result:
Chosen responsive designe mode, the badges is not correctly displayed in the expanded a11y tree.

This is sort of expected, the target for the toolbox gets re-loaded so the whole a11y tree is re-created.
