Details

We are seing UI Tests failing more often with an old issue happening again:

"Description" : "Failed to execute block because idling resources below are busy."

It happens more often once the UI tests for mobile finishes and the tests for iPad are running.

This will require some investigation to see how we can avoid having this issue appearing so frequently when running the scheduled daily builds.

This issue is affecting master, v11.x and 12.x.
This is still happening from time to time, less frequent as before on master and production branch
