[Prerequisites]:
* Have the latest try build 61.0a1 from (2018-03-27) installed.
* Accessibility is enabled and accessibility tab is opened

[Steps]:
1. Resize the 'Properties' area (the scrollbar should be displayed)
2. Focus the content area and press the "Left/Right arrow" key.

[Expected result]:
The horizontal scrollbar should be dragged to the left/right side.

[Actual result]:
The keyboard cannot drag the content to the right or left side on the 'Properties' section.
