Expected results: ?? - I am new to this

Ryan, didn't we see this a while back? "Infinite loading screen" seems vaguely familiar, but I can't find anything in my bugmail. :-/

Can you please say more about "the loading runs continuously", to help us track down where the problem might be. The exact wording on the screen on the device, or even a screenshot if you're able to take one, would be very helpful. > "Infinite loading screen" seems vaguely familiar, but I can't find anything in my bugmail. The closest thing I know if is the "Working..." screen we can sometimes get in FxA when there's a problem with the WebChannel messages, but given this: > Got an email saying that I have accessed my account with a new device I expect the "infinite loading" part is happening on the iOS device rather than in FxA web content. Vijay, does this ring any bells? I'm tentatively re-categorizing this into iOS client component.

This does ring a bell. I remember seeing the `Sync Now` loading indicator stuck as a blue icon in the iOS settings view. However, I was not able to replicate how I got into this state.
Was there any additional step you might have done? If you close the settings and open it again, does the indicator stay stuck?

Hello, I'm new here...Can I add my issue to this for hopes of a fix? I have removed and reloaded on my iOS and it refuses to sync. I thought it might have been because I was using a Master Password so I removed that. It still will not sync to my phone. It was working about a month ago and now nothing. It says the last sync was on Jan 30, 2018.. I have tried to sync from the desktop and still nothing. I don't know what else to try....
