Implemented test cases for history and bookmarks with synced devices.

History Sync Implementation:
1. Before sign in, check history tab is not showing any past history.
2. Now sign in.
3. Check in settings Sync completed.
4. Now check history tab, it should show history of all the synced devices.

Bookmarks Sync Implementation:
1. Before sign in, check bookmarks tab is not showing any past bookmarks.
2. Now sign in.
3. Check in settings Sync completed.
4. Now check bookmarks tab, it should show bookmarks of all the synced devices.

Bookmarks and history

This test is blocked since fxa server does occasional email verification.  IN other teams, this has been mitigated with actually using mailserver access, might need to do the same.

Removing review flag for now.
