Details

When the user has declined permissions to show sent tab notifications:

1. It is not possible to register for APNS
2. It is not obvious how the user might change her mind.

Other apps: add a setting toggle which will prompt you to go to the settings app when you try and toggle it on.

Yes, we should add messaging to instruct the user how to reset Notifications from Firefox. Not the greatest UX, but also no way to do it within Firefox.
