1$\begingroup$ Looks a bit like Color Management is set to View Transform > False Color instead of Filmic. $\endgroup$– Gordon BrinkmannCommented Jul 6, 2023 at 11:39

$\begingroup$ No problem. Everyone can be an idiot if they are new to a software. I sometimes make stupid mistakes even after many years working with Blender. $\endgroup$– Gordon BrinkmannCommented Jul 6, 2023 at 11:49

It looks as if you have set View Transform to False Color in the Render Properties tab under Color Management. Set it back to the default Filmic.
