Allow me to share a few highlights from our story 💡 Setle 💡 presented to Czech bankers and mortgage brokers at HYPOEXPERT forum at Ricany (CZ) last Friday. ✨ Ability to effectively respond to client questions and worries around renovation and energy efficiency of buildings strengthens the value of finance advisors (bank or broker) and leads to increased (business) value of these client interactions. ✨ Intrinsic client motivation is to LIVE BETTER, healthier and optimize the cost of living. Carbon footprint comes only later on the list. ✨ Living in a house COSTS much MORE than a few years back, energy costs became a topic, as did climate change. ✨ Customer MOTIVATIONS to renovate are as colourful as life itself. At various life stages the needs can differ, as can the optimum financing solution. ✨ With tons of often contradictory information customer ANXIETY is growing. ✨ Quality and easy to grasp INFORMATION about renovation measures, their dependencies and sequencing, and smart financial planning (savings + borrowed funds + state subsidy) are highly valued by customers. ✨ Show customer the DIRECTION, be her guide on renovation journey, show turning points and support in finding the most personalized solution, not only in financing ... it is the role to be adopted by bankers and mortgage brokers. ✨ WHOLE HOUSE (deep) RETROFIT wins clearly over short-term energetic measures. Partial energetic renovations (subsidy fuelled) typically neither help bank portfolios, financed emissions nor the national decarbonization goals (to the extent renovation can and should). ✨ Even though the construction market is for decades still brick & mortar & paper, there is little reason for renovation advisory to stay the same, on the contrary, it has to be DIGITAL to maximise its efect and contribute to digitisation of real estate data (digital twin 💡 ). ✨ DIGITAL RENOVATION PLATFORM, guiding advisors and clients throughout the multiple renovation journeys, offering updated market prices (material + work), recommendations, subsidy and loan modelling features, and offering a certified renovation report and next steps is what is needed!
