That's a wrap. We are back behind our desk after a very successful EUROBIKE Show! Great seeing such enthusiasm for exciting new products and projects to come. This year was extra special for us as we got to take home the Eurobike Green Award for Verde KinetiCore. Great to see sustainability is becoming an important aspect of product design in this industry we all love. Thanks to all who helped make it a success and a special thanks to all our guests, staff and supporters.👏 #eurobike

The Lazer office has a lot of large windows. Great to bring in natural light, but also great for people-watching... After years in the same office you start to notice re-occurring people. One guy captured our attention. A cyclist. With a flashy older helmet. Stopping 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 day. To pick up litter others dropped on the street. Put it in his cycling bag. And continue his journey to the bin. It's inspiring to see someone take so much time to do something good. This behavior is never done for personal gain but we wanted to award this inspiring act. After spotting him again. We confirmed our stalkerish behavior and offered him a new Lazer helmet to replace his old one. Small efforts can have a big effect. It can inspire others to do the same. And through sharing this story we hope some find the motivation to follow. It can be as small as picking-up garbage you see laying around. Or can be as big as an organized clean-up in your neighborhood. Are you an avid cyclist? You care about the environment you cycle in? Try a trail clean-up! It's time to say goodbye... But not really. Yesterday the full Lazer team celebrated the end of an era with a nice dinner. The founder and CEO of Lazer as a cycling helmet brand is stepping away from his role as we know and is becoming the ultimate brand ambassador. Sean van Waes acquired Lazer in 2009 when the cycling helmets were chunkier and flashier, and only a limited number of Lazer models were on the shelves. Today we look at a proud company with innovative protection technologies, an array of helmet models catered to all target groups and uncountable (small & big) contributions to the cycling industry. So from the whole Lazer team, thank you Sean. Thank you for what you've started. Thank you for what you've build. And thank you for what's still to come. 👏 Continue to blind your competition with your new exclusive chrome colored helmets and enjoy working from 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒔𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅.

Today, the 10th of April, is an important day. As it’s not only the birthday of Yves Lampaert but day of the bicycle helmet here in our home region of the Benelux. 🎉 An initiative of HersenStrijdFonds and Hersenletsel Liga to raise awareness of the importance of wearing a helmet with a goal to increase helmet use. As a helmet brand, it’s a day near and dear to our hearts. We are a company full of cycling enthusiasts, so we love seeing the number of cyclists increase. However, with it the number of bicycle accidents increases. The protective benefits of helmets are undisputable. But many decide to not “Use Their Head” and take to the road without this extra layer of protection. Glad to see so many organizations work together towards a shared goal. Our efforts our not limited to this day. We will continue to encourage everyone to #useyourhead and wear a helmet. This past weekend 10 𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 were invited from all over the world to join us in wonderfully warm Australia during 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫.🦘 This to celebrate a successful Z1 KinetiCore launch and a great partnership. Together, we enjoyed a VIP experience at Tour Down Under followed by a social ride to be jealous of with legends such as Richie Porte and Simon Gerrans. All while rocking the 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐙1 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 limited ambassador series. Especially made for advocates of the Lazer brand.🤘 Always great to take time away from our daily hassles and get together to share our love of cycling. This doesn't always have to mean a big event with legends and VIP experiences. Last Christmas I gave you… a great end to a successful partnership with Team Jumbo-Visma.🎄To close off a successful 6-year long collaboration, the Lazer team attended the Cyclocross at Heusden-Zolder to see Wout, Fem and the team in action. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩? ⏮️ We can proudly look back at a long period together containing many victories, such as grand tours but also product developments made possible thanks to a shared drive to constantly improve. #samenwinnen ⏭️ We are very excited about the future to continue our growth by seeking out new ventures across all markets. We had a very successful and pleasant partnership wih Team Jumbo-Visma for the last 6 years. In this time, Lazer helped make the team grow, and vice versa. However, it is time to part ways at the end of 2023 after a long period containing many successes, such as Grand Tour victories but also successful social awareness campaigns and product developments made possible thanks to a shared drive to constantly improve. Despite the end to this partnership, we are very excited about the future to continue to grow in other markets such as the Urban and MTB market, as well as stick to our roots and support FDJ Suez Women's team with its growth and the growth of woman's cycling in general. We wish Team Visma l Lease a bike all the best and promise to enjoy our last Christmas together fully.

We developed Volante KinetiCore in order to create the perfect match between a rider and their gear. It is all about making it possible for the rider to give everything they have while ensuring exceptional aerodynamics.
