Meet Manfred and Madelon – the Almelo dream team! When Manfred started at Cannondale in 1994, Madelon had already been here for 2 years. Little did they know they’d be working side by side for the next 30 years, and in that time, they’ve watched each other grow personally and professionally. From the crazy Christmas parties to summer events with colleagues, to the move from Oldenzaal to our factory of the future in Almelo, this dream team has been through it all. What’s their secret? Manfred says their strength lies in respect and support for one another. Madelon says that no matter what challenges they face, everything always turns out okay in the end. These folks are a great example of the passionate crew behind logistics at Cannondale. Meet Cannondaler, Yannik Rehling in our Woudenberg office. We asked Yannik if he could introduce himself and here’s what he said, “Hey everyone, I'm Yannik, I grew up in a small town in the Northwest of Germany but have called the Netherlands home for several years now. As you can imagine I'm passionate about all things cycling, mainly road cycling and following all kinds of bike racing. I also like traveling, running, and playing padel and tennis. I'm excited to join Cannondale and to meet many like-minded people who are just as excited about getting people on bikes as I am!” Welcome, Yannik!

Meet a New Cannondaler, Felix Brousseau. Felix just hopped on board as our new Customer Service Rep, handling North American customers with a focus on Canada. When he isn't supporting our North American customers, he's likely out enjoying some outdoor adventures with friends, whether its cycling, trail running, skiing, or capturing beautiful moments through photography. He looks forward to spreading his passion for cycling to others. You’re already fitting right in, Felix. Welcome to the team!

With prototypes from The Lab under them, Josh “Ratboy” Bryceland and Sam “Dave” Hockenhull rode Cannondale back into downhill – at one of the most intense competitions on the planet. Red Bull’s Hardline competition is the stuff of legend: it’s some of the most insane terrain in DH, and rideable only by the best out there. So it’s a good thing we showed up with a LAB71 prototype DH bike for the crew to drop in with. #ridecannondale

Years fly by when you’re having fun and this month, we're celebrating three amazing anniversaries! First up, a huge congrats to Raymond Heijmans, marking an incredible 30 years with Cannondale. Raymond's journey from warehouse hand to IT Infra Engineering Manager is truly inspiring. Next, a big shoutout to Jackie Boyle on her 10-year work anniversary. From the lively sales pit to beach rides during lunch breaks, Jackie's journey at Cannondale has been filled with joy and unexpected adventures. And, Klas Kullman, who has hit the 10-year mark at Cannondale as an Account Manager. From Inside Sales Coordinator to agent in Scandinavia, Klas's adventure has been full of growth and excitement.
