too intrusive & constantly interrupting…

too intrusive & constantly interrupting my work.
front end on tune up seems to have changed & difficult to see where to go. not necessary for vpn to update every 2 weeks, I want all the bits of avg just to get on with it in the background, I can look at avg WHEN I WISH TO. I keep getting ads for antitrack when I already have paid for it. sometimes the tune up screen won't close by clicking the X

Great work!

Well, I am grateful for their work keeping me safe and they are top rated in my books, but they advertise too much which is annoying with selling more on my pop ups!

Safety you can trust

Safety you can trust

Have used AVG for several years now and have not had a bad experience. The program saved my computer from a very bad virus which would have been horrible since I use my computer for work.

The other thing I like are the helpful tips about growing scams and other threats. Definitely a program that I'm really happy with.

AVG is the best…

I've been using AVG products since 2013. I now buy the AVG Ultimate (10 devises) and it works real well. I'll always use AVG. My computer runs smooth and if it doesn't AVG will use remote control and they'll fix it in a few minutes.

Integrated tools

Since the soft were implemented safety was efficient. SOME ADDITIONAL MODULES SHOULD BE INTEGRATED INSTEAD OF BE SEPARATED (drivers update, breachguard). Even the cost a bit higher. But primary functions are there and run well. TuneUp was a first class sofware...

Utilizing AVG Technologies

Have been utilizing AVG Technologies, for quite some time. Long before PC intrusions we're being discussed on a daily basis. AVG Internet Security, AVG Secure VPN, AVG AntiTrack, AVG BreachGuard, AVG TuneUp, AVG Driver Updater. AVG has provided myself and my wife security while online and keeps our computer updated and protected.

Always something else I have to purchase

Having purchased AVG protection I am getting tired of alerts saying things like I'm being tracked. When I click resolve - it just says I need to buy another product. Not sure where I'm with it. Very muddling

It's annoyware and it craps up your system.

I was just trying to get an animation software but it bundled with this nonsense. I gave it a chance. EVERY SINGLE TIME, AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING, EVERY SINGLE TIME, it spams me with false reports that my computer isn't safe. It is in fact, very safe, and the only reason it shows you those is because they just want you to buy more of their BS. The only useful part is the shredding.

for some reasons I have a minimum of "checking"/protecting/preventing soft, but for now (I say "for now") I will leave with what I have.
Guys, you are doing good job, just it is difficult in couple of pages/lines to express the opinion and share the experience, i also understand that if you will do survey longer, the people probably will be upset and will not fill it.
But, as I said, you are doing a good. Thank you.

Bad business practice

Very unhappy with the product. Very intrusive software with constant ads. Awful refund process. It literally takes you 15-20 minutes to START a refund because you’re constantly bombarded with questions to renew and keep it and once you say no you still get pushed to talk to an agent with no other choices to get a refund (online). After you talk to an agent they STILL try to push you to not do a refund or At least a full one for 10 whole minutes even if you persistently decline. They do not respect you or your boundary and just want money. Literally none of their product works and only slows down my PC and I’ve tried ALL of them and when I want my refund for being charged they are persistent with trying to keep your money. I don’t appreciate it all. I don’t understand why the cancellation process and refund process isn’t straight forward. If people want to cancel and get a refund give it to them! This is literally bad business practice. Keep in mind I cancelled and just processed the refund today aka the day my order was processed. Also I did not get any confirmation email which makes me suspicious if they even put in the refund request. It’s odd how I get emails right after a purchase or when I get my conversation with the agent dropped but not when I request a refund. A bit shady huh?

It's fantastic, just too many separate subscriptions

So overall, I like the virus protection.

That being said, you think you have paid for everything, and then they try and hook you for even more services. You pay for them, and then they hook you AGAIN.

The fear of losing data or identity is used to buy more products when it should have been wrapped up in one total package for one price and one subscription renewal.

Overall, though I do love the virus protection, the cleaning, and the driver updates. Just package it as one and charge me.

AVG all the way for more than 15 years

I'm using AVG for more than 15 years, the time I cannot afford to buy. A FREE version is already reliable and powerful, that's why its always my first choice for Antivirus, simple and straight forward, reliable and not eating much of hardware resources. I'm using a multiple license for personal and clients. Thank you for the wonderful promos I was able to upgrade my subscription and protection.

This is a great app to secure your network

I was experiencing problems with my personal computer, a virus had reeked havock on my files and HDD. I then purchased the AVG app and all my issues were addressed. The virus was quarantined and removed and now I can work without any down time
