Great software: much better than Win 10 photo app

I tried and tried to use the Win 10 Photo App to move pictures from my iPhone to my PC and it was flaky at best. I wasted way too much times trying to get it to work. I downloaded EaseUS and I was amazed at how user friendly, fast and easy it worked. I had a few small issues and found the support to be responsive and helpful. Great software.

I purchased a softwate bundle special…

I purchased a softwate bundle special from EaseUS because I was very impressed with an application I purchased 2 years ago. I was having difficulty determining whether or not I successfully activated the lifetime upgrade that I purchased. Customer support was helpful to verify and assist in installing the balance of the programs I purchased.

I was having issue on disk cloning

I was having issue on disk cloning, since my disk was completely full and in dynamic state instead of basic. EaseUs help me through remote support which was awesome.

Ease to use and super support from EaseUS team

I was trying out Partition Master to format Fat32 on big capacity drive and clone a HD to SSD. The software was so ease to use, just common sense, no need to read any instructions. The HD clone ran into a bit of trouble of booting into Windows on new SSD, chat with PreSales/Support and Ken from EaseUS was very helpful to correct the issue remotely then email me instructions to fix the boot problem I’d run into it again on next drive.....Partition Master saved my day and I’m so glad that EaseUS has a great team standing behind its products. Highly recommending EaseUS to all IT and anyone has need for it.

Convert SSD from dynamic to basic without data loss

I am not a computer tech type person, but the Partition Master program was easy to use even for someone with little knowledge without fear of making catastrophic errors. I had to convert an existing SSD from 'dynamic' to 'basic' without losing all OS and all the info to clone. Then I had to clear all the partitions on another SSD to prepare for copying. This software was able to do both processes. But the biggest positive was the quality of the support department are very helpful and proactive. The only negative was contacting support by email instead of a chat option. Hope I never need to use the software again, but feel confident it will do the job if needed.

Clickbait

Installed the program because its advertising that it can help you sort out bad sectors in you hard drives. I thought "finally a glimmer of hope"...boy was I wrong because 44 hours later it's still running the surface test. Also the pre sales engineer 2 I spoke to on the live chat didnt give me any advice or tips other than bring it into a computer store. Dont you think I would have done that rather than downloading this useless program on a dying hard drive?? Plus he coundlt even answer my questions as to why this is happening...just repeated himself rather than give me useful information. It does not work as advertised at all (i should mention that I only have the trial). This program has wasted alot of my valuable time so dont waste your time either. And at the end of the day they really dont seem to care if somethings wrong as long they have your info...the only reason this 1 star is because the UI looks nice.

First class service and prompt followup. Full restoration with no data loss.

I had a boot issue (Error 0xc000000e) with two bootable Windows 10 drives connected to the same computer. Booting with one (HD) always corrupted the boot capability of the other (SSD), which thereafter would no longer boot, even with the HD disconnected. After googling the issue at length, I first contacted Microsoft and their support consisted primarily of telling me to reinstall the system, which I duly did, but this did not address the corruption issue. I then contacted the motherboard manufacture (ASUS) who were also very prompt and helpful, but it was eventually established that this clearly was not a motherboard issue. I continued to spend days googling for a solution to the 0xc000000e error.

I already had an EaseUS ToDo backup of the originally functioning system from which I was able to reinstate the SSD OS, but the problem of corruption by the other boot drive persisted, so I contacted EaseUS support. Correspondence via email was always promptly responded to, and the tech support agent (Alex) was able to take over my machine using TeamViewer, and perform miracles "under the hood". He was eventually able to move the boot capability to the new drive without erasing the old one that was causing the corruption.

The forensic knowledge and understanding of the support agent, and the commitment of EaseUS support to getting this working was second to none. I have lifetime subscriptions to two of the EaseUS products (ToDo Backup and Partition Master) and am happy to say that despite all the strife Windows 10 itself has caused me, I didn't lose a single byte of my documents and am now able to boot from the SSD while still retaining all my documents on the HD.

I can only speak of their service in the highest terms and would recommend their service and their products without reservation.

Customer support quality level

Hi, I already had the opportunity to provide my feedback on Easeus products and services. Along with my ongoing experience, i can add that time goes by but Easeus is constantly bringing an excellent quality of service. I know very few companies with that level of customer support and Easeus is in my Top 3. So this is a clear recommandation.

had a 10 TB drive

had a 10 TB drive - the automatic recovery did not work.
The question was whether to try it first with some methods, that are available using UBUNTU/Linux for NTFS. Maybe this would have done the job. Yet not having done it before, it would have meant a risk.
The EASE US service has been very helpful to assess, and offered a manual repair. It took several hours, procedure using remote team-viewer went very smoothly, I could follow the process, and now it all works as before. Good service. If you have data that are valuable to yourself, and dont want to take a risk: Excellent and recommendable!

This is the best recovery company…

This is the best recovery program and customer service I've ever had with recovery! My 8TB HDD was recovering at 6.5GB/hour due to a formatting issue in the drive. An employee connected to my computer and fixed the HEX of the drive and now I'm recovering my files at 2.3GB/min. I am very happy with this company and will recommend it to everyone I know!

I had my 1terrrabytes external drive full of memories restored after I inadvertently reformatted it around two years ago. now, bwalaa., it is all back to life, everything I had from the very start.
