Onsite IT administrator and support

End-user desktop support, mobile device support, email support, and phone support experience. With Proficiency in troubleshooting AV equipment and remote conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom or WebEx) 1.

·       Troubleshoot Desktop / Laptop / Mobile /Printer / peripheral related issues at Onsite

·       Provide Day to day operations support and act as Level 2 to end users for any issues which cannot be supported by Help desk

·       Deploy new Laptops / Desktops (Windows 10, 11 OS) to the end users.

·       Allocate and configure mobile devices

·       Provide hands and feet support for Server and Network related issues.

·       Up keeping of local conference rooms: Periodic check of conference rooms and audio video setup

·      Provide support for printer related issues at site

·       Coordinate with OEM vendors resolve in warranty or out of warranty issues

·       Provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue

·       Adhere to agreed SLA of ticket support and time

·       Adhere to local laws, regulatory requirements and company policies

·      Update tickets/ incidents/ Service requests in ITSM Tool

·       Stay updated on new developments in computing technologies.

·       Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.

·       Serve as the initial contact for reporting technical issues and answering questions.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C++.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with CMake is a definite plus.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE.
• Good working knowledge of yaml configuration.

Optional Skills:

• Experience with GitHub Actions (GHA).
• Familiarity with Conan package manager.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

• Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools as required.
