For what I can see the elementary OS proposal has:

  1. more than 200 committers in total (currently 304)
  2. 100 committers with 200+ rep on any other site (although it says 98)
  3. 100% commitment score

Going through the list of committed users, ordered by their "user reputation", there are exactly 100 right now. But still the second point sits at 98 users instead of 100.

Does it take a few days to allow the score to settle or am I counting the users badly?

I think that Stack Exchange doesn't count rep in realtime, but is instead fixed when you first commit, to avoid people with 100 and something reputation point trying to nudge theirs up through immoral editing, etc.

    I think a more likely reason is that 200 rep is considered a proxy for "you know what you're doing at SE". If a user has at least 200 rep somewhere, then it's assumed that they actually understand what they're committing to when they commit to a proposal. But this understanding is not retroactive; if you commit to a proposal, and then later come to understand SE better, this shouldn't be taken to mean that your original commitment was taken with your new understanding.

  • @ruakh As I said, I think it's to prevent spamming or other manipulations of the system. Upvotes get you five points, we could easily nudge many of our users over if we tried too.
