Proposal: Startup Business

How is this proposal different from Freelancing, which also deals with starting up a business? Albeit, just for one or two people, typically.

I feel that it would have a lot of overlap with Freelancing.

Freelancing is being self-employed working for different companies and not being committed to a specific employer except under temporary contract. That is a very different from the problems of starting a business with employees, corporate tax policy, finances, shared ownership, operational challenges, etc. A small part of being a freelancer may include questions about starting a business entity for tax or other legal protections, but they are not one in the same.
