I recently contacted Bob, for a repair job.
He was very very prompt and thorough discussing the repair need. I really appreciated his honest appraisal! He also did a wonderful job, repairing a detached handrail. Grateful to have him in the neighborhood!

Had a problem with a door after I'd installed a smart lock on it. Called Bob, he quoted me a fair price upfront, was available two hours later, came over and he efficiently fixed the problem! Highly recommended, and I'd definitely reach out to him again.

He came charged $40 and didn't finish the job. He mad the repair more expensive by attempting a job he didn't know how to do. I wouldn't recommend him.

Bob fixed and exterior door that swelled in all this rain and would no longer latch. He answered when I called and was out to make the repair within an hour. It was a relief to know our belongings were safe and didn't have to be relocated or worried about over night.

My toilet had an issue refilling and Bob fixed it in practically no time at all! With just a quick phone call and a few texts, he was over here with the right part and had it fixed in what couldn't have been more than an hour. The price seemed reasonable and he sent an invoice the same day.

I'm surprised at the reviews who say Bob's rates are expensive. The savings are in the efficiency, skill and creativity--I hired Bob for a ton of odd jobs for our move and he was incredibly efficient and everything he did was great quality work--installing baby gates, building shelves, uninstalling and reinstalling our piano keyboard, uninstalling our Tonal exercise machine, fixing doors, uninstalling smart locks...He is an excellent communicator who doesn't just do the job, he thinks it through and let me know when he would advise doing something differently than how I had asked. I threw a whole bunch of stuff at him and he handled everything with aplomb and had no trouble whatsoever when my instructions weren't clear or loosely defined. Definitely our family's new go-to handyman. Thank you, Bob--our new house is actually starting to feel more like home now thanks to you.

Absolutely fantastic work! He was able to fix our gate going down to the garden in no time flat and make it better than it ever was - instead of going up and down with great difficulty it's simply had a hinge and automatically closed.
