Hi, I tried with echo, but the screen disappears. Seems to be some logical code error, When i run only the conversion logic, it do not action. It means a logical error in convert format. It should pickup the first image name in the input folder as output image name.

Thank you!, for unknown reason iam not getting the exact input folder with subfolder for the output1 and output2. For output folder the path is matching. I want to use 3 cmd in copy ie from input to output and next cmd from output to output 1 and output to output2
