  Callee:IDnDSource {d23a9ca3-42da-c94b-8aec-21968e08355d}

Kali Linux version:

I have Kali Linux 2024.1 here as a VM in VMware Workstation with VMware Tools installed.

Drag and Drop is somewhat flaky I can Drag and Drop from Kali Linux to Windows (Host) but not the other way around.

Remember that Kali Linux is a box of tools with very few desktop aids for the average consumer. It was not meant for that.

I share folders between operating system and use Copy / Paste. So long as Copy / Paste works, best to be happy with that.

Also, from lots of experience, copy / paste is a good deal safer than drag / drop
