SSH reverse tunneling: Address family not supported by protocol

Question

I am trying to create a reverse SSH tunnel to stream a RTSP stream. When I connect to my server with this command: ssh -Nf -R serverIP:serverPort:localhost:554 user@serverIP it seems to be working but if I connect to my stream using VLC the console prints socket: Address family not supported by protocol. I have already searched everywhere but I haven't found anything. My server configurations:

I solved editing the client's (RPi's) configurations. I disabled IPv6 in /etc/hosts.
