This worked just fine. It was inexpensive and less hassle than making my own, if I had a machine to make it on. My only real issue is PrintedSolid's shipping costs…I use USPS quite a bit, as a buyer and seller — it's my preferred, more reliable shipper — and I know this could be less expensive I have hoped PS would make things less expensive than shipping from Czechia but so far, I'm seeing it.

The part is doing is what it needs to do for now but I will probably end up buying the spare parts from Prusa directly. Unfortunately the square washers did not fit. I had to end up heating up the washers in order for them to fit and be aligned to he used. It’s helping in a pinch but this isn’t Mk3s

Outstanding! First part shipment was lost by USPS. I contacted customer service who promptly shipped a replacement. Part arrived and fit perfectly. The customer support experience with Dustin was a great. He followed up to make sure all was OK with second shipment. I haven't seen this kind of customer treatment in a long time. Hats off to the team!.
