How to Recover Missing/Lost/Deleted Photos in Lightroom

I unintentionally destroyed the Publish Service using the jf Flickr plugin in the latest version of Lightroom Classic for Mac. The catalog file is well-backed up, and I have complete TimeMachine backups. Please tell me what I need to do to get the Publish Service back. There must be a configuration file someplace, I suppose. Please share your knowledge of its location and name.
