I have Spectrum "Internet Gig" which supplies ~1.2 Gbps download and a little over 40 Mbps upload. The advertised price is $39.99 for 24 months and is not a community rate; it applies to the whole market.

Ordering online was super simple and installation was, as well. A fairly new RG6 coaxial drop was already present at my residence.

Charter supplied a Sercomm ES2251 DOCSIS 3.1 eMTA/modem, which works quite well.

So far, my experience with Spectrum has been fine. As long as your equipment is good and their cable plant is in decent shape, all should be well.
