Sample dataset PythoStitcher v3

This dataset contains four example cases related to the histopathology tissue stitching algorithm PythoStitcher. The dataset is structured as follows:
- prostate_4.rar contains four tissue fragments from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)
- prostate_2.rar contains two tissue fragments from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)
- pancreas.rar contains two tissue fragments from a pancreas resection from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)
- artificial.rar contains four "artificial" tissue fragments which were obtained by digitally shredding a whole-mount from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)

Each example case contains the following data:
\ raw_images (directory with the full resolution digitized slides)
\ raw_masks (directory with the tissuemasks generated using the algorithm from Bándi et al) 
force_config.txt (optional file in pancreas.rar to guide the stitching process for this case)
