There's nothing complicated about this mask. You can USB it into you TV so it's sure to always be charged up and ready to use. The mask is a bit heavy, but that's due to the lining inside which keeps it very comfortable and feeling much like a second skin.

The only thing that might be difficult is turning it on as it take 2 pushes to turn the mask on and then if you want to change from red light to blue light, you have to do a quick push after turning it on. If you want both red and blue light, you have to push 2 times quickly after turning on.

Also, make sure to clean your face before using as it could get messy if you've left makeup on or a heavy moisturizer. Moisturize directly after using this as your face may feel a little like it's been out in the sun and tingly.

Otherwise, a great face therapy that does get to the underside of your chin but not your neck as some people may hope. This one truly focuses intently on all area of your face.

I read several reviews and half mentioned that the product malfunctions or won't hold a charge. So I knew of the possibilities and still thought if it would happen it would occur after a year or close to a year and was willing to accept that with daily use. But mines stopped working and will not charge after only 7 days!! This item cost too much to be nonrefundable or returnable. Since my purchase was fresh I was able to be refunded but still had to go through so much hassle to get that to occur and speaking with 3 different Amazon reps and supervisors. Initially I was offered $10!! Which was a complete joke! The item seems like it would be nice if it worked as intended. This junk needs to not be sold as it has too many defects and other known problems. Especially comsidering the cost. Save yourself all the mental anguish and go with a different product.

***UPDATE***yesterday 2 14 2024. I visited a top Dermatologist in DC area called Cultura. Last time I had expensive ineffective laser treatments for thousands was in 2018. They take a picture of your face skin to analyze the condition. OMG the 2018 picture looked horrible compared to yesterday’s picture. I told rep put pictures side by side. I know it’s this incredible mask which has given me these Spectacular results in 4 weeks. I will be contacting Dr Dennis Gross to share pictures and personally thank him. The esthetician even acknowledged how improved dramatic my skin is compared to 2018. Then she still recommended the Morpheus8. Which I scheduled for a future date. Tomorrow I will be canceling this appointment. When there’s a at home product giving World Class results. STICK WITH IT😌🥰🎯🏆

This mask will not charge with the USB-C to USB-C cable and plug. You must use a USB A to
to USB-C cable and charger. Quite finicky but it does charge after that. The light coverage seems a little less than I would expect for the red or blue settings. Together it’s fine but often you only want to use one wavelength and the color temperature is not bulb addressable.

Your LEDs are in a fixed red and blue pattern.

Finally, get a pair of sun tan goggles with it.

I’ve been using my mask daily since March 2023 and oh my have I seen a difference. Hormone breakouts are a thing of the past and the rare pimple is gone within a day. In the first ~6 weeks my skin had more breakouts than usual, but I attribute that to all the layers of gunk I was getting rid of with this bad boy. It’s easy to use, especially once you make it part of your routine. I’ve had no issues with the straps as others have mentioned and find that they do their job well enough. In my mind, my wrinkles and spots on my face have faded, but I could just be seeing what I want to see.

Yes, it’s an expensive product but if you’re reading this, it means you’re contemplating to which I say, make the purchase.

Please think twice before you buy this device from Amazon. It came quickly (which is why I bought it here versus S*ph*ra or the brand’s site , in addition to the ease of using my HSA/ FSA card for this purchase).

Unfortunately it arrived damaged and unusable. The plastic piece that keeps the straps from going loose was broken, but additionally, the mask didn’t even turn on - even after 12 hours of charging (says only needs to charge for 2-4 hrs). So disappointing. And this item is not returnable! Thankfully was able to be refunded but, like I said, think twice before you buy this from here.
