My original review is below, however I updated my rating to reflect their customer service which was top notch. A few days after writing my review they refunded my purchase and even mailed me a postcard, I wouldn't recommend this product but if you think this is what you are looking for even after reading my original review than at least you will know this company has great customer service.If Totallee makes more cases in the future I would be willing to try them again knowing that they stand behind their products.Really cheap feeling case, personally I think this case was more slippery than no case at all. It looks cheap and offers nothing more than basic scratch protection, which would be okay if it at least felt good in the hand and was a nice quality product.Bottom line, this is like something you'd expect to pickup at the dollar store, not worth $18.

Addition to the previous review. A few days after my review I received a new case in the mail. I never complained to the company. It is unusual for a company to be so proactive! I would definitely recommend this seller to all that are looking for cell phone accessories.

I am very careful with my Iphone, so I was quite surprised when this case broke after just a few months of use. The area righter near the bottom port is broken. I use wireless charging and never use a headphone in the unit. If it lasted, I would give the case a 5. It is thin, protects the glass, looks good and makes the phone easier to grip.

However, it was not cheap and it should certainly last more than a few months. I would not buy again nor use this seller.

I absolutely love this case. It's thin and does not hide the aeatetics or firm factor to the phone at all. The iPhone X from factor is beautiful but is an absolute finger print magnet. The frosted finish thag Totalee provides gives grip to the phone and prevents fingerprints to be left on the phone while still being translucent enough to see the apple logo and colored back. I also love the fact that the case comes with a 2 year warranty no questions asked and is made in USA. The product feels high quality and great sorry someone who is not looking to add too much bulk to their phone. Do note that the case is thin so will most likely prevent scratches mainly, but does have a raised lip built in to prevent scratches to the camera on the back of the device. The iPhone X has been rated to be the most durable iPhone made yet so I am not too worried. I would however recommend pairing this with a screen protector.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed in this case. It sports a less that perfect fit, with the right side of the case (with the big side button) failing to hug the edge of the phone like the left side does. This causes the case to “give” and flex when pressed or held on the right side, making a clicking sound as I feel it slide around the edge. Not a good feeling and something I’m sure will lead to scratches on the stainless steel band with use as dust and dirt collects in it. It’s almost as if the case is just barely not wide enough for the phone. This is either a huge oversight or a manufacturing issue. Neither are good signs.

PROS:
1. Extremely thin profile with “barely there” feel.
2. It looks nice at first glance.
3. May prevent scratches on sides and back.

CONS:
1. Extremely poor button and port cutouts.
2. Right side flexes/moves when held, making a clicking sound as it moves around the phone.
3. Provides no screen protection lip for when setting phone face down.
4. Effectively no drop protection.
5. Collects dirt, dust, and pocket lint all around phone screen.

The bottom cutouts for the lightning plug and speaker are not very accurate or well-planned. The cutout around the lightning plug sits noticeably to the left, getting close to blocking an edge of the lightning port on the right. The speaker holes are also slightly misaligned, covering them up and slightly dulling the sound.

These design or manufacturing problems make me think the case designs came from a mock-up or rumors prior to release, and not true dimensions and measurements. I’m even more disappointed if they used a release model iPhone X to design these cases.

The issues caused by the poor design of this case make my phone feel worse than without one. The premium feel of a $1,150 smartphone is gone with plastic that doesn’t fit properly, flexes around, and collects dust very easily.

This isn’t the case you’re looking for. Move along.

I can appreciate that this is a super cheap case and very thin. While that is the look I was going for, I didn’t expect the case to crack in two places. It offers no protection from falls or for the screen, so if that’s what you’re after, this is not the case for you. This basically just protects the back from getting scratched.

Edited to 5 star rating- The customer support was awesome and sent me a free replacement without any questions. They sent me a clear soft case and it has the same amazing fit without being stiff (so won’t break!)

The fit of this case is exactly what I was looking for. I only have two problems or it would be 5 stars...the frosted white is showing a TON of scratches after only two days, I wish I had got the clear as a friend has that and it doesn’t show scratches nearly as much after months of use. Cosmetics aside, I took this case off for the first time today and the thin piece of plastic by the lightning port broke. For $25 a case should not be breaking the first time it’s removed after two days of use.
