Good design
Good design, but a lot to improve. The leather feels nice, the detachable inner case makes life easier. But,1. card slots are too snug that it's difficult to take credit cards out from the slots.2. the leather case is too small that after I put 4 cards (1 ID, 1 commute card, 2 credit cards)in, the bulge makes the cover unable to close. (I attached the picture when the cover closes with cards in slots)3. the detachable case has been improved from the previous version to give more protection. But it's still the same vulnerable to scratch.The back of new case has already been scratched out of box.4. the whole case is supposed to be a display stand in landscape mode. But unfortunately the case (maybe the ridge part) is so tight that it couldn't stand at all.Good aspects:1. Luxury design, retro style makes it a good collection to your cases.2. Nice protection. I had Bookbook for iPhone 6s and the detachable case exposes most of phone's upper and lower sides that it barely can protect the phone. Now the Bookbook for iPhone X has improved the cover the most sides, and has raise the lip to protect screen when you put the phone face down.3. Very compact. No bulky edge added.

Protect my phone, easy access to my Drivers License, Credit card, medical card & cash.

I like the quility, the look & the useability i.e., can remove my phone easily from the wallet but it sill has the protective case around my phone. See there is no other way to contact Amazon customer service I will not state my complaint, What I wrote earlier in my review of my iPhone XS Leather Wallet Case is still accurate, what I didn't know was that the prongs that hold the removable phone case is made of plastic and two have already broken off and the other 4 are showing cracks (see attached photes). I would like Amazon to replace my Leather wallet Case or give me a refund.
