Second time is a charm...
So I bought another folding brand of walking pad for a bit more $$$ and ended up sending it back as it had issues with the belt slipping no matter what. However, this time while looking for a replacement I decided to go with a stand up wall storage, wider walking area, with a handle for support. I'm in my mid-60's and fighting that meno everything. As I live in the country off a busy highway, no where to walk that I'm not being hit by cars or twisting my ankle in the yard. I have now been able to reach my 8k walking goal. I will honestly say that...Pros: This is pretty much one a very few that has a bit wider walking area. The handle is there with the different speed, start, stop etc. right at my fingertips. Don't use the remote at all The walking area seems to absorb my steps well Goes up to 6 mph...but use 3.0 mph for my walking It really is quiet compared to my old huge treadmill. Wheel it up against the wall when not using it, so literally doesn't take up any extra space. Can us it with the support handle up or folded down. This one stays on if I need to hop off for a minute (the other would auto shut off and was annoying)Cons: It's a bit awkward when lifting it up to store. No specific area able to lift with. Have to push the handle up a small bit to lift. The on/off button is under the front bottom...would be nice even on the sideAll in all, it's a definite keeper for me. I have never had problems with balance walking, but did with the other fold in half pad. This one I don't. If there's any time I feel the need, I can just rest my hand on the handle.

I love this treadmill and wish I made the purchase sooner!
I work from home and needed a treadmill for walking/running. I dont have alot of space and time, so ideally I wanted to use it with my standing desk and then easily remove it to use a chair. I have done extensive research on different options across different websites. I have contemplated for over a year whether to buy it or not. I was skeptical and wasn't sure if I would actually end up using it, so a good return policy was crucial for me. I eventually settled on this option due to walking/running functionality, foldable arm, wheels for ease of moving, cost, size, reviews and return policy. The treadmill came fully assembled and worked right out of the box. I just moved it to its spot and plugged it in. I have it positioned in such a way that it takes 3 simple steps to use it: raise standing desk up, move the chair forward and move treadmill closer to the desk. It takes 5 seconds and is super easy. To my surprize, I am using it every day for at least 2-3 hours! I can type, read or be in the meeting while walking and then when I get tired I can move it back and use a chair. I thought it would be annoying to move it back and forth but it is so simple that it have not been a problem. The only regret I have is not making this decision faster!

1.5 year UPDATE:
Unfortunately the treadmill stopped working. At first I noticed that the belt started to skip and then came burning smell from the motor. It progressively gotten worse and is completely unusable now. I contacted the company and they said they don’t offer replacement motors and there is nothing they can do:((((. As much as I loved the treadmill I will not be buying it again and now looking for alternatives that provide replacement parts or repairs.

My office finally approved for us to bring in a walking pad to the office to utlize with our standing desks. I did a fair bit of research and finally landed on the Urevo 2.5 HP Treadmill. I have been using it for several weeks now and I am quite pleased with my purchase. I spend 4 days/week walking for up to 4 hours a day and I am more productive and have more energy while working.

PROs:
1. It is a quiet machine, not silent :) There is a slight whooshing sound with each step, but it is nothing too distracting and does not detract from working. I have been on several work calls while using and the sound is not noticiable at all. And if it is too loud, just walk slower!
2. It doesn't automatically turn off when you step off. This may be a con for some, but if I have to step off to go to the printer, I like that I don't disrupt the office with a bunch of beeps.
3. I like that it came with the track oil. The instructions were helpful in learning how to apply it.
4. Wide and long track pad. Some follks in my office purchased narrower ones and I have heard them express that they wished they had a bigger area to walk on.

CONS:
1. Mobility - This is a HEAVY unit. Yes, there are wheels on it, but they don't help a lot. Don't imagine that you can easily slide it in and out from underneath something ESPECIALLY horizontally. Additionally, while the handle folds down, the unit base does not, so it takes up space for storage purposes.
2. Adjusting the track pad - it was a bit nerve wracking figuring out the sweet spot with adjusting the track pad. I am glad they provided the hex key, but it took several turns to get it to the right spot.
3. Applying the track oil. It would be nice if they provided a brush that can reach all the way to the middle of the pad, so that there is an even amount across the bottom.
4. Remote/ Noise - You cannot silence the beeping. It would be great if there was a mute button on the remote or a way to deactivate the beeping that comes with each button push. I understand a beep happening with the machine is turned off and on, but with each speed change...come on.

Pros:
-Fits under the couch perfectly when I put some 3/4" thick cutouts under the couch's feet.
- Easy to set up, easy to fold and transport, light weight, worked as advertised from the get go

1 Month Review: Added the lubricant as required and even a little here and there as extra, ran great for 3-5 miles a day of daily use at 6.5mph average speeds and I weigh 175lbs. I had it on carpet with nothing between the carpet and the fan on the motor. After 4 weeks the treadmill motor started making a very loud sound that would correspond with the speed of the treadmill. I took the treadmill apart and removed the belt and motor. I cleaned the motor by spraying electronics cleaner spray and then used an air compressor to dry it. I reinstalled everything and the treadmill was super quiet again and ran great. I placed a thin piece of cardboard between the carpet and motor to prevent the fan from lifting up dirt into the motor. There were no further issues with that loud noise.

2 month update: Treadmill ran great for daily use of 3-5 miles at 7mph average speed but the deck under the belt started to bow to where the sides were higher than the middle. Belt started slipping a little but that was fixed with small adjustments to the screws that tighten it. Just over 60 days of use and the deck cracked lengthwise down the middle from front to back under the belt. Made a very loud pop while running and caved in.

I contacted the company at the support email on their website since the warranty portion of the site didn't recognize my purchase (from this seller, I'm assuming?). I attached pictures showing the damage, my Amazon order number, and a screenshot of all relevant information. I heard back from them within 24 hours and they requested one additional picture to see what serial number the treadmill had. Once that was provided, they sent another email within 12 hours and had another one shipped out that day. It just arrived and was delivered within a week. I still need to unbox it. Awesome customer service though! No hassles, and they took full ownership of the defect.

Thoughts as of now:
Even though I'm well under the weight limit, I have a feeling that a 175lb runner is too much for this thing. The downward pressure when landing while running probably exceeds the weight limit. Is it great for walking? Absolutely. Running? Maybe someone much lighter and smaller.

This treadmill will now be used exclusively for my wife to walk on and I will attempt to fix the old one by replacing the deck with a homemade solution that will likely be a nice piece of plywood and some roof flashing on top and some silicone spray. If things work out, I'll make a YouTube video and post the link here. I'll also show how I cleaned out the motor in case anyone has that problem.
