It’s my very first apple, so I don’t have a comparison point. I like that I can track my workouts, I can receive calls, notifications, etc.(It’s a bummer that you can’t use the blood oxygen sensor). The sport loop it came with is pretty comfortable but I’m currently using a Milanese loop I bought here in Amazon. The battery last me between 1 and 2 days approximately. For me it is worth every penny.

It’s smaller than I expected even though I got the 45mm size but I got over it quickly. It paired instantly to my iPhone 12 max pro and setup was pretty much automatic. I had to fill in some information on my health app but once you do it tracks a lot of info for you if you want it to. Think of it as Apple’s version of a fit bit with the capability to read blood oxygen levels but that has to be removed due to a lawsuit yet they still come with the app for that installed. A minor annoyance but I got over it. I use it to track exercise/workout sessions mainly. Not a fan of the strap it comes with but there’s so many other options you can buy that will fix that issue. The battery life is better than I expected. Ran it from 100% charge to about 15% over three days. Many nice features for you to discover, and performance is better than expected. For the money, it’s still a bit pricey even when buying it on sale for $100 off.

This is a great fitness watch; I purchased a different brand back in 2021 and it was clunky and bulky. I never used it and finally gave it away. This watch is sleek, a perfect size and was super easy to set up. The "but" comes in because you need iOS17 r above to pair with your phone. I tend to keep my phones as long as possible and as it turned out iOS 17 was not compatible with my phone. So, in addition to a new watch, I now have a new phone. I like having the activity tracker on my wrist since I often WFH. The phone also reminds me to get up and walk around every hour (if I haven't) I haven't tried all the functions yet but there a ton of YouTube videos if i get stuck on anything. Overall, I think this was a good price and will be very useful in tracking (and encouraging) my day-to-day fitness goals. I did order some new straps. The one that comes was a little itchy at first but seems better now. I think the metal straps will be nice for work when I'm meeting with clients.

1- App connectivity: Great. You have access to all your communicative apps. Messages, whatsapp, messenger. Etc. You can view and respond to your messages.
2- looks: Plenty of faces. Very elegant for formal outfits, and very comfy for casual outfits.
3- wight: light on the wrist.
4- accuracy: pretty accurate when it comes to workout apps.
5- Battery: the one thing that needs improvement. It lasts about 2 days in full functioning mode. The positive thing tho, it charges pretty quickly. You can get up to 80% battery within 45-60 minutes of charging.

I bought the watch to have it connect to my CGM so I wouldn’t have to have my phone near me all the time. It’s had a few glitches pairing with the Dexcom g7 but overall it works well. The watch usually corrects itself but once I had to restart the watch to get it to pair.
I had the watch mirror my iPhone and I found there were too many things running in the background and the battery didn’t last very long. But after watching videos and taking with other watch users I’ve managed to adjust the watch to narrow down notifications, apps, etc.
I like the 45mm face too. Easy to read.
