The blanket works as advertised. It keeps your temperature right in Goldilocks zone.

That being said, it only works as advertised if you can manage to keep the thing on your during the course of the night, which, due to how small it is, is an almost impossible task. The queen sized blanket barely covers the top of a queen sized mattress, and if you share a bed with your partner, this thing WILL fall off of you during the night. I expected a queen size blanket.

If you have a queen size bed and you want a normal sized blanket, you'll probably have to buy a king. If you have a king sized bed, good luck

I was so excited to get this blanket. I have Restless leg syndrome and have also been clenching my jaw, so I thought a weighted blanket would be a great way to relieve anxiety. And for the first 3-5 nights, it was great! I was sleeping better, and longer. I wouldn't wake up as much during the night either. I was so relieved....

...Unfortunately my relief did not last because just one week after I started using this blanket, it began to leak sharp little glass shards. Let it be known that I'm not talking about a couple loose shards each night. I am talking about having to brush handfuls of tiny glass pieces off my sheets every morning. I knew that the blanket was weighted down with glass, but I doubt anyone would expect that the blanket would be so cheap that it would leak these shards. I hope no one has attempted give this to their children because even I have been scratched by the glass.

I did not use this blanket roughly. When it was not on top of me at night, it was folded at the edge of my bed. I checked for rips but it seems the glass just leaks through the seams or something? I don't know. I hope I can get a refund for this product because I'd rather not continue to sweep glass off my bed every morning.
