Ecommerce Manager

The eBay Platform Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising our multiple account on the eBay platform to drive sales and grow our online business. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of our eBay operations, including inventory management, product listings, pricing strategies, customer service (via the CS team) and performance analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the eBay platform and a proven track record of improving sales and growing businesses on eBay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Manage all aspects of the company's eBay platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management - across the various accounts.

2. Optimise product listings for maximum visibility and sales conversion.

3. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability and sales performance.

4. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on the eBay platform - using the CS team.

5. Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and drive business growth.

6. Stay informed about industry trends and eBay policies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align eBay strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills Required:**

1. Proven experience managing and optimizing sales on eBay or similar e-commerce platforms.

2. In-depth knowledge of eBay policies, best practices, and algorithms.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Experience with online marketing and SEO is a plus.

7. Certifications or training in eBay management or e-commerce is desirable.
