What are people saying about soul food restaurants in New Haven, CT?
This is a review for soul food restaurants in New Haven, CT:
"The food is 10/10. The yams, baked Mac, and collard greens are the holy trinity. I usually get the fried whiting but this time I tried the fried pork chop and wow! It was so good. It was well seasoned but not too salty and had the perfect crunch. I love how when you order take-out they always wrap your main dish with foil to avoid it getting soggy from your side dishes. That gesture shows how much they value their customers experience with their food. I appreciate little things like that. The wait time is typically 20-30 mins (sometimes less) so I suggest ordering ahead online. It's very convenient. Overall, great service with great food!"
