What are people saying about pilates in Washington, DC?
This is a review for pilates in Washington, DC:
"Love Solidcore! I've been working out for the past 20+ years and this is by far the most engaging, motivational, and fun workout I've ever experienced. Not to mention the amazing euphoria you feel from the rush of endorphins after the 50-minute workout. I'm totally hooked! Working out by yourself can get boring. Working out at boot camp can be too much. Solidcore has a perfect balance of low impact, high intensity, and plenty of modifiers for each exercise to accommodate any strength level. Not to mention that every class is different so it's always challenging, plus no plateaus for your growth. One thing though, the loud music is so good but wear earplugs! Your ears will thank you later! (free ear plugs provided at the front desk!)"
