Great spot to have some desserts right after having diner at the other restaurants near by. Decent amount of seating inside and out. Dosnt look like it gets super busy at least at the time we went which was around 7pm on a Saturday. We ordered though the touchscreen which should all the options they are serving with pictures which always helps. Our order came in quick for only having one person working the floor which was great.

Overall nice place to eat some desserts and talk and chill with your friends and families.

This review is LONG overdue as I've been going here for years now since they first opened. This was my first visit in quite some time as many other dessert spots have opened close to home too.

This place was my old dessert spot and havent been here within the past several years. But from what I remember, they do all types of desserts from fully loaded honey toast to snow ice their main dessert dish. Not to mention that they also do have a great selection of drinks and other desserts for the whole gang!

removed a start since they were out of stock on just about everything on the snow ice menu when we visited. Service was solid and they are completed take out orders only but you can still dine in or outside in the seating area. The order was made in a to go containers and ready to eat and toss after we ate outside.

Great spot for friends or group gatherings. Tons of options on the menu. The boba is not my favorite but the shaved ice and fries are really good. The chicken is usually pretty bland from my experience but not bad; I always need to add a lot of seasoning haha.
There's both indoor and outdoor seating so that's usually not an issue unless it's a weekend at night (it usually gets pretty busy around that time and there's a long wait). There's a lot of games to choose from so that's a nice touch and the service is pretty good!

Wahh I love honey toast desserts and was excited for this, but it was very disappointing. They did tell us it takes 25 minutes to make. After 35-40 minutes, we went to check on our order. Shortly after, they brought out an order. Due to covid, they currently package the toast orders in foil. We opened up the foil and it turned out to be someone else's order. We informed the staff and they brought out our correct order. Then we saw them proceed to re-wrap the other order and give it to the person that was waiting outside. Not covid friendly at all!

In regards to our own order, it was a big let down. The oreos were definitely stale and old and should be replaced. They give you extremely flimsy plastic utensils that made cutting through the toast really difficult. Would not recommend going to Sno-Crave while the pandemic is still going on.

Sno-Crave Tea House is located in the Pacific Commons Shopping Center in Fremont.

I hadn't been to Sno-Crave in forever, so I decided to pop in. Due to the pandemic, there is no indoor seating, but there are tables / seats outside. They also have a self-service kiosk, but I chose human interaction. The staff were friendly and attentive as I ordered a Guava Green Tea.

Face coverings / Social Distancing is practiced here. My drink was soon ready. It was refreshing and tasty. I should visit here more often.

First time here and was not impressed by the drinks ordered.

The drinks seemed to lack a lot of taste, and ultimately felt like they were too watered down and did not have much tea flavor at all.

The Earl Grey Milk Tea ordered tasted really watered down and lacked the Earl Grey Flavor like other boba shops. The boba itself was okay, but didn't have that chewy consistency either.

The customer service was fine, but honestly for the price you pay here, you might as well go a few doors down to Mr. Green Bubble.

Hubby and I saw this place as we were parking going to the restaurant for our anniversary. He asked if I wanted to go here for dessert after and I agreed because it's where I've been wanting to go for some time now.

Upon coming in, we were asked if we were ordering for here or to go. We were seated and looked over their menu. We got a mango shaved snow to share and a drink each. I got their peach black tea and hubby got a mango yogurt smoothie.

Our dessert came out and it was delicious! The condensed milk was a bit too much, since it all dripped down to one side and not everywhere. Next time we will ask for it on the side so we can make sure it is pour over evenly. I really want to try their toast next time, so for sure we will be coming back!

As always this place is befitting of it's 3 stars. Service is usually a miss (except this time the waitress was a little nicer).

The milk tea here is always good but not amazing, and I wish they would stop adding sugar to the plain teas. It's not noted on the menu and is horrifying because you're expecting a nice tea, but the sugar smacks your tongue.

Despite all that, desserts here are where it's at. They are consistently delicious, and I'm never disappointed. All their honey toasts and snows are amazing and what makes me keep coming back. This time I tried the Sweet Milk Toast, and it was simple but filling.

SnoCrave keep it up with the desserts, but please stop putting sugar in your plain teas.

This is my favorite shaved ice place in the bay area. I love the shaved ice here as the machine cuts the shaved ice into "layers" instead of just ice chunks like those cheap Hawaiian ice places/food trucks. They also have ice cream "bricks" which are ice cream on top of toast pieces which are very popular in Asia. I'm so glad I found this place and have been coming for years and I'm happy that it reopened.

Been here a couple times when it first opened and then recently. Glad this place has gotten busy. However, almost no seating available when we were there. They need to make outdoor seating available, with some heaters for the cold.

I've had their flavored boba teas which are okay. They have different sections for fresh smoothies and traditional teas which I normally get as I don't like the artifically flavored syrup teas.

Their famous stuffed cake is super filling and I would recommend sharing with 4 people. It's mostly bread. Not my cup of tea.

As for their crepe, I agree with another reviewer, it is over cooked and crispy. They probably leave it on too long. I got their mixed fruit one and they put the ice cream inside. The heat from the crepe melted the ice cream. Not a smart move. Would rather have it on the side and filled with whip cream and fruit.

An okay place to hang out and get dessert if youre in the area.
