Jay was great at getting to a client home that we have listed for sale, very quickly, as we have realtors constantly going in to show the home. He was quick, efficient, and I was able to get back to scheduling showing within a couple of hours from when the issue was first discovered. Jay was the first locksmith I called based on Yelp reviews and after our text conversations, he was the only locksmith I called. He responded quickly and was very professional. He asked for photos of the locks we needed rekeyed to make sure he could quote us accurately. His quote was very reasonable and he didn't charge us for 2 locks when some doors had a deadbolt and a keyed handle. I felt very comfortable with Jay's process for quoting and scoping the job. When Jay arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very competent. He took extra time to free up one lock that was corroded and stuck as well as picking another deadbolt lock that did not have a key. He didn't charge for the extra work beyond the quote for rekeying the locks on 4 doors. He was on time, completed the job very efficiently and left us with extra keys. I can't say enough about Jay and would highly recommend Lockbusters!

So you may think this is funny but I got locked out of my apartment on my own balcony. There's a metal bar on my sliding door that is supposed to keep people for breaking into my apartment.

Well, that bar ended up keeping me from breaking into my OWN apartment when it accidentally unsecured itself and got knocked over. So basically my own sliding door gave me a prison sentence onto my own balcony.
Well, guess what else. My deadbolt that was only accessible from the inside of my apartment was also locked. So management couldn't open the door.

Did I mention it was super hot outside that day and I was locked out in my pajamas with nothing but an empty cup of yogurt and a little stool to sit on? Oh and also that my apartment is NOT on the first floor.

Anyways, management said they'd have to break the door down and charge me for any damages!?

Uhhh ya, doesn't seem like the best idea.

So, I panicked and started calling some locksmiths.
EVERYWHERE they were booked.
"I'm sorry ma'am all of our technicians are fully booked today, best of luck."
Yikes....
I was truly up sh*ts creek.

Well anyways, then I found Jay's profile and hallelujah. He literally drilled one perfect hole into the door. Popped open the deadbolt and then was able to come lift the metal bar on the sliding door and set me free. He's a very friendly guy and I appreciated his services. He was cracking jokes, had a positive attitude, and overall I just had a great experience. He's the reason I'm not still locked out there on the balcony like a bad version of Rapunzel.

I manage a local cat rescue in the Round Rock area and Jay was able to come by almost immediately to assist with an urgent issue. Jay was able to rekey our entire building quickly and with no issue. He even made sure to take extra precautions so the kitties stayed safe the entire time. He was so curteous and kind, I would 100% recommend Lockbusters for any locksmith needs!

Jay rekeyed my condo today to a key pad and did a great job! I bought the wrong thing, so he took the time to trek to Home Depot with me to help me purchase the right wifi enabled set up. The installation was quick, professional and Jay was fun to talk to. He even covered his shoes to save my floor. Great experience, I saved him in my phone because out of the 3 locksmith's I've had to call in the last year (long story) he was absolutely the best! Thanks Jay for your expertise and work! We contacted Lockbusters along with a number of other locksmiths through Yelp. From the outset, these guys were responsive, professional and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They were very good at communicating and they followed through on everything we discussed. Highly recommend these guys and we'll definitely use them again in the future.
