Leonardi Automotive And Electric

I have taken my cars to Leonardi Automotive for either an oil change or a repair for the last several years. Service has always been prompt. I don't understand much about cars and I have to trust a car mechanic place. I trust Leonardi Automotive and I believe they work for the best interest of the client. Over the years I have interacted with several of their staff and they all have been very pleasant. Recently, I needed the low voltage battery for my Hyundai Ionic plug in car. I could have gone to the dealer in Santa Rosa, but I decided to call Leonardi Automotive and see if they could do it for me, since it's also more convenient for me. I called Monday, Edgar was very responsive, he mentioned that they would test the existing battery and if needed change it on Tuesday. And I have a new car battery since Tuesday. Also I got a ride to and from from work on Tuesday. I don't shop around much for pricing, trust is important to me, so can't comment on pricing.Thank you All, at Leonardi Automotive.

Tony and the crew keep my car running reliably and smoothly. Work is always done in a reasonable length of time, and they stand behind their work. They always let me know what I need right away and what I'm going to need in the future. It's a comfort to know they have my back.

went in for overheating problem. first they say thermostat . I took out thermostat before I brought the truck in and told them that. then they said that it is leaking from thermostat housing. I said it needs a water pump. they recommend new thermostat and housing plus waterpump. after I paid the costly fee of 12 hundred dollars I drove truck from novato to San Rafael and truck over heated. they towed truck back to shop and said need new radiator and coolent resivor. another 12 hundred and it will be fine. now I got 24 hundred into a cooling problem. truck is still leaking coolant but it is very small leak plus the truck runs very rough and never did before. I've had it with these guys they are the biggest RIP OFF artists in nor cal !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT AN HONEST SHOP

First time bringing my car to Leonardi Automotive for repairs. I met Tony who was friendly and helpful. They kept me informed of what was needed to repair the car and when it was ready to pick up. Great service, good communication and all round excellent experience. Thank you.

Last week Lenonardi's did a great job replacing one of three batteries in my
camper van. Access was difficult, but rep Edgar Gurrola did
a great job coordinating everything while I waited.

I have a 2008 Ford Escape and the check engine light came on yesterday. It's our only car and my wife has some scheduled medical appointments pending. I called Leonardi's this morning and took the car in shortly after they opened. He put the scanner on the dashboard and found the error code and re set the warning lights and advised me that the light might come back on sooner or later and if it did to bring the car back and they would diagnose it. It was a fast, kind, efficient and reassuring way to deal with my problem. I used to bring a car I no longer own to them for regular service and had forgotten what a terrific business they are. A wonderful experience at Leonardi. I had my Porsche 911S well taken by the Edgar and the team, they really made it stress-free and easy. I felt very welcomed, well informed and taken care. It was my first time being at Leonardi and I promise to only bring my cars there for service from now on. I even got shuttled back and to picking my car when finished, that's definitely above and beyond in service. Thank you for a job well done, I really appreciate it.

We don't live near Leonardi, we actually live 500 miles away in Southern California. We have had the benefit of their skill and expertise twice in emergency situations where a part went out on our 2008 pathfinder. Each time they were efficient, thorough and very helpful in getting our car fixed and getting us back on the road. We can't recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and service. Wish we lived closer so they could service all of our cars! It means a lot to know that the owners personal cell phone is on your invoice to call him direct if you are dissatisfied with the service. In a time when sloppy service is the norm and prices are sky high , this place holds true to old values of quality, service and professionalism. Don't hesitate - they would be the only place I would take my car in north bay, if I could!

Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team. Scott helped me get an alignment done on my Lexus and it was done on a timely, professional fashion.
