The Digital Analytics team is seeking a passionate digital (web and app) data analyst to take on a role with real impact, shaping both the projects we undertake and our approach to them.As an exceptional analyst and advisor, you will regularly interact with Squad Leads in Sunrise’s Digital Department. Utilizing your business acumen, web/app analytics expertise, and communication skills, you will identify and quantify opportunities for initiatives and report on their progress and success.

Tasks:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data analysis needs, define KPIs and monitor performance; Work as strategic data advisor providing actionable insights
• Monitor website & app traffic and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics, BigQuery and Looker Studio; Create scalable visualizations and reporting solutions that are actionable and drive business decisions
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes, trends and patterns in data to inform decisions
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of onsite (web and app) data; work closely with tracking/implementation developers
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve users conversion rates and engagement
• Build documentation and training to help stakeholders self-serve and up-skill on topics related to digital analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics; or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably with Google Analytics; Tag Management and tracking implementation experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL and previous experience with data visualization tools (e.g.: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience conducting A/B tests and experiments to improve website performance and user engagement
• Excellent analytical and business skills to refine solutions jointly with stakeholders
• Extraordinary motivation and ability to plan and deliver projects reliably in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and oral English
