A wonderful holiday full of fun and laughter. The entertainment and staff are fabulous and a very heartfelt thank you and shout out to Manon and Gaetan in Guest Relations who made our visit incredible with their friendliness, support and dedicated attention.

Chef Antonio and staff including Server Leidy and Manager Sophia at the Indigo restaurant made us want more and every meal kept us coming back over and over again.
The lowest point at Indigo only came with Assistant Manager Sascha chose to cater to every table except our families. These were some of challenges being in a space that caters more to European especially the French then American. We found laughter, joy and authenticity with the native of the Dominican Republic and entitlement and a stand off disposition from most of the resort French and European staff.
This is not the “turn up” vacation location so definitely pack your own fun.
Your day will be blessed if you begin and end at Indigo so make sure to make your reservations early.
Waly was so fun to hang out with, he hyped up everyone at the Passworld. Lulu was so sweet, she always included everyone in activities as well. I love my time in Punta Cana as a teen. I easily made friends with the GOs bc they involved everyone in activities.
The entertainment for happy hour at locations throughout the club really added to my enjoyment of the experience. It was so nice to sip drinks and eat hors d’oeuvres while listening to great music. I really enjoyed the “Robin and Roy Duo.” They played a wide range of current and classic songs. They both had very nice voices and delivered smooth harmonies. They both sounded great on their guitars. I made it a point to watch them whenever they played and was never disappointed!
Castro and Raul were great — meticulous to get the haircut perfect and a chill environment within Club Med Punta Cana. Raul was super friendly and great to have a conversation with as well. The price is also very fair for a professional men’s haircut.
