Chef Antonio and staff including Server Leidy and Manager Sophia at the Indigo restaurant made us want more and every meal kept us coming back over and over again.
The lowest point at Indigo only came with Assistant Manager Sascha chose to cater to every table except our families. These were some of challenges being in a space that caters more to European especially the French then American. We found laughter, joy and authenticity with the native of the Dominican Republic and entitlement and a stand off disposition from most of the resort French and European staff.
This is not the “turn up” vacation location so definitely pack your own fun.
